Currently, sessions are delivered by the founding team — trusted, personally vetted individuals. As we grow, all specialists go through our full verification pipeline before their first session.
Core Lockdown sessions typically take 1–1.5 hours. Advanced Lockdown is 2–2.5 hours. White-Glove Senior sessions are 2.5–3.5 hours depending on the number of accounts. If we need more time, additional 30-minute blocks are available at $79 each — always discussed and agreed before continuing.
Lifeline is our monthly membership for ongoing support. After your session, digital threats don't stop — new breaches happen, scam tactics evolve, and sometimes an account needs to be re-secured. Lifeline means you can reach us directly when something feels off, instead of figuring it out alone. It's optional, month-to-month, and cancel any time.
